    What is DOTT?<\/h4>

    DOTT is a data table of every product within the talent acquisition marketplace. We mean it when we say every product because we are continually adding new products when we or our users come across them. DOTT is a crowd-sourced research project and is still in beta. The crowd sourcing comes from the user base. The large product list becomes more manageable with more users researching and reviewing them.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

    DOTT was inspired by Gene Holtzman's TAT presentation. We are now turning the database over to the TechServe community to further expand upon its initial research.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

    Our goals<\/h4>

    DOTT aims to be the ultimate list of products in our market. By having a complete list of products, said products can then be evaluated and ranked allowing the best to rise to the top of the rankings.
